Interesting article...

I can't help but think that we will be seeing more of those as the Republican Primaries continue. Gov. Romney's eloquent speech, although (intentionally) vague from the standpoint of our specific beliefs, painted a very direct and accurate picture of the church's acceptance and tolerance of other faiths. I think it was a clarifying step forward for the church's public relations, especially to the more vocal southern religions that categorize us as a 'cult'.

The following article was the headlining article on Google News last night:

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB119698509824016464.html?mod=googlenews_wsj

It is from a Jewish writer that speaks very favorably of Governer Romney's speech and more importantly, the Church as a whole.

Thanks Buddy!

It is a pretty good article, but I was a bit perturbed by the misinformation surrounding the role of blacks in the Church. I’m mostly just glad the discussion has finally died down.
